  I did a little work on the database and the login time is back to what it should be.  This should greatly improve performance across the board.

  Due to what we hope is heavy use of this service during the year we migrated this service to more powerful hardware.  It was done quickly and hopefully without any issues.  If you find something not working please fill out a helpdesk ticket so we can address it.  Thanks.
